Learned APP submits that during pendency of the application, the charge sheet has been fled on 06.03.2021. Under such circumstance, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that after perusal of the charge sheet, he would approach the trial Court once again for bail and therefore, he prayed for withdrawal of the application. 2.

Taking into consideration this aspect, the present application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach the trial Court for bail and taking into consideration the contents of the charge sheet, the concerned Court is directed to deal with the application as per the provisions in law.
