It appears that the Advocate for the applicant was not present on 11.02.2016. Therefore, this Court vacated the interim relief granted earlier.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has offered explanation. In that view of the matter,

2 62-crappln1109.odt the order dated 11.02.2016 is recalled. The adinterim relief grated on 12.03.2015 is restored. The same shall continue till the next date of hearing. Criminal Application No.1109 of 2016 stands disposed accordingly.
