The petitioner is a secured creditor seeking execution of the order passed by the District Magistrate / respondent No.2 u/s 14 of the SARFAESI Act and is seeking police protection as well, in terms of the Government circular dated 22.04.2019 in the Department of Home, State of Maharashtra.

We have heard the learned AGP as well.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to khs/Feb.2025/2582

- 2 - respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to provide appropriate police protection in the light of circular dated 22.04.2019 by receiving requisite charges from the petitioner and respondent No.3 shall execute the order, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 4 weeks.
