Vide order dated 20.03.2024 passed by this Court, the parties to the present appeal were referred to the mediator. Accordingly Mr. Milind M. Patil - Beedkar, the mediator conducted mediation between the parties and submitted report dated 04.04.2024 which has been received by this Court. It is taken on record and marked as 'Exhibit X' for identification.

As per the mediation report, the dispute between the parties amicably settled on certain terms and conditions which have been prescribed in settlement deed which is part and parcel of mediation report 'Exhibit X'.
