Heard Mr. Ade, learned counsel for the applicants. The widow has preferred application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act against her parents-in-law. Her application for interim monetary relief is pending before the learned Magistrate. In the given circumstances, it is not desirable to issue notice in this Criminal Application. If any order is passed by the learned Magistrate, the applicants herein have every remedy to challenge the same before the appellate forum. Criminal Application is dismissed.
