Petitioner apprehends that his 12 years service on daily wages as Peon in University Library, would not be computed for pensionary benefits and the petition has been moved.

Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, states that, it would be appropriate to make proper representation over this with the employer and in case, the representation is answered in negative, petitioner may have liberty to make proper approach in respect of his grievance.

In the circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to make proper representation with the employer for consideration of his case with liberty to prosecute cause in case of negation of his representation.
