1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] These are civil applications for condonation of delay moved by the acquiring body. The explanation that is tendered in support of the prayer for condonation of

CA 8831/13 in FAST 5627/13 & others - 2 - delay is the time consumed in taking decision as regards filing of the appeals on administrative side and the professional failure of the concerned lawyer to inform the applicants about the result of the Reference Court. 3] Though the claim made in the civil applications is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents - claimants, however, for the reasons stated in the applications and in the interest of justice, it will be appropriate to condone the delay caused in preferring present appeals.
