Civil Application No. 5301 of 2016 is filed for fixing the appeal for final hearing. It appears that the Acquiring Body has also filed cross appeal. The learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body, despite appearance, remained absent. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) since the matter is old.

It is made clear that the cross-appeal bearing First Appeal No. 1919 of 2015 is also tagged with the First Appeal No. 2343 of 2015 for final hearing on 6th April 2023. 3.

Civil Application No. 5301 of 2016 is accordingly disposed of.
