DATE : 28th February, 2025 Per Court :- The petitioner is anxious to seek execution of the order passed by respondent No.2 Mamlatdar in the proceedings under Section 5 of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, 1906. 2.

It is being pointed out that pursuant to the directions of this Court in Writ Petition No.9193/2024 dated 19.11.2024, the petitioner was granted liberty to make an application seeking execution as contemplated under Section 21 of that Act. 3.
