Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that Applicant No.1 is no more and he died on 29.10.2024. She further submits that the matter is now settled between the parties before the learned trial Court and the Applicants are acquitted from the allegations leveled against them in RCC No.55/2021 vide order dated 07.05.2025. 2.

In view of the same, the Criminal Application stands disposed of being infructuous.
