The petitioner has worked on contractual basis as the Medical Officer (Ayush) from April, 2021 till August, 2021 with the consolidated contractual pay at the rate of Rs.50,000/- per month. He has been paid at the rate of Rs.30,000/- per month and there is a shortfall of Rs.20,000/- per month. 2.

We are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction in this matter since we find that there could be a dispute as regards the payment of amount and this Court cannot issue orders as if it is entertaining recovery proceedings. 3.

However, since it is pointed out that a representation

*2* 913wp2829o22 was made by the petitioner to the Commissioner/ Administrator, Aurangabad Municipal Corporation, on 27.09.2021, that we are relegating the petitioner to the office of the Commissioner for enabling him to pass an appropriate order.

This Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed off. 5.

We expect the Commissioner/ Administrator, Aurangabad Municipal Corporation, to consider the grievance of the petitioner set out in the representation dated 27.09.2021 and take a decision, on or before 15.07.2022.
