Mr. Killarikar, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are seeking limited relief to the extent that the proposal submitted individually by the petitioners should be considered and decided. The learned counsel submits that initially the proposals were submitted in the year 2007. Then certain norms were changed and after complying those norms, fresh proposals have been submitted by the petitioners. Thereafter, the Director of Social Justice Department has recommended the said proposals and now the same are pending with the respondent No.1 since 2011.

We have heard the learned AGP.

Considering the above, in case, the said proposals are pending with respondents No.1, then the respondent No.1 shall take decision upon them on their own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months.

The petitioners may present themselves before the Authority.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
