The learned Advocate for the Petitioners prays for leave to withdraw this petition in the light of the Deputy Commissioner (Civil Supplies) not falling within the meaning of "court" under Sections 340 and 195 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Petitioners desire to avail of an alternate remedy to pursue the cause of action.
