1] Mr. Bolkar submits that criminal cases are fled against the Directors. However, enquiry needs to be initiated against the Board of Directors. Mr. Chaudhari, learned advocate for the respondents submits that the enquiry was already initiated. The Enquiry Report was challenged before the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority has remitted the matter and the enquiry is in progress.

2] In the light of above, the prayers of the petitioner are met with. No further orders as necessary. The PIL is disposed of. No orders as to costs.
