PER COURT :- Present application has been filed for condonation of delay of 287 days in filing Criminal Appeal. The applicant is the original accused in Sessions Case No.104 of 2018. He has been held guilty of committing offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code by the learned Sessions Judge, Jalgaon on 31.10.2020. He has been sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default, to suffer simple imprisonment for three months.

It appears that the appellant was never released on bail throughout the trial. Under such circumstance, for the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed and disposed of.
