We have heard the learned counsel for petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/state and the learned counsel for the acquiring body.

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the Deputy Collector Land Acquisition Jaykwadi Project has allowed application of the petitioners for granting rental compensation and has directed to acquiring body to make the payment. 3.

The payment shall be made to the petitioners as per the

2 wp 3054.19 order passed by the Deputy Collector Land Acquisition Jayakwadi Project (page 29) by the respondent No. 3 within a period of six (06) months from today.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
