The present application is filed for getting delay of 291 days caused in filing the appeal, condoned. The present appellant is original accused who has been convicted in Sessions Case No. 319 of 2019 for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code on 19.05.2021.

Learned APP waives notice for the respondent-State. 3.

In view of the fact that the appellant is in jail and pleads that he is financially week and therefore required to take assistance of the legal aid committee of this court, there is sufficient reason and therefore, application is allowed and disposed of. The delay caused in filing of appeal stands condoned.
