After having heard the respective counsel for the parties, the claim of the petitioners is in respect of the allotment of the alternate land. The allotment committee has not looked into the said claim till this date.

Mr. Barde, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.5 submits that at page no.94 Annexure-R-5, the options are made available to the petitioners and it is open for the petitioners to exercise their choices out of the options made available to them. 3.

In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to relegate the petitioners to appear before the allotment committee with minimum two choices out of the options made available at page nos.94 and 95 of the petition.

The allotment committee shall deal with the claim of the petitioners seeking such allotment in view of the earlier allotment in accordance with law.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of. The decision be taken by the allotment committee expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of options being furnished by the petitioners.
