E herewith) and issue copy of Inquiry Committee report to the petitioner.

C] By issuing writ of mandamus, the respondent no. 3 may please be directed to issue certified copy of Inquiry Committee report, committee constituted as per notice dated 23.09.2020 (Exh. E herewith).

Since none was present for the petitioner on 20.06.2022, we placed this matter in the passing orders category at Sr. No. 902 on today's cause list. Yet, none appears for the petitioner. SG Punde

The learned AGP submits that he could not receive instructions from the District Civil Surgeon, who is not a party respondent, as regards the status of the enquiry since he is out of town.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

We expect the District Civil Surgeon, Jalna to complete the enquiry against the petitioner in the light of the notice dated 23.09.2020, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15.09.2022, if not yet concluded. The copy of the enquiry report shall be delivered to the petitioner within three (03) weeks from the date of completion of the enquiry. In the event the enquiry has been already concluded, the report would be supplied to him within three

(03) weeks from today.
