The learned Advocate Shri. Thombre, submits on instructions that, the petitioner does not desire to press prayer clause (B), vide which a Circular No.90/2018, dated 05/12/2018, issued by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, was sought to be quashed and set aside. The petitioner finds it difficult to complete the B.D.S. course.

It is further submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that, even prayer clause (C), by which, the petitioner had prayed that the examination form of the Second Year Final Semester, be accepted, is not being pressed. Since he is unable to

2859.22wp (2) complete the course, he desires return of his original documents, so as to opt for any other educational course. It is stated on instructions that, the fees upto the stage, at which the petitioner has taken education with respondent No.6/College, have been paid.

Despite service of Court notice, none appears for respondent No.6/College.

The learned Advocate representing the Health University, submits on instructions, that the University has no objection if the original documents of the petitioner are returned by the College. 5.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to respondent No.6, to release the original documents of the petitioner, which were tendered to the College when he sought admission for the First year of the B.D.S.
