The appeals were dismissed since their registration were refused way back in 2013. The applications for setting aside the said orders are filed five years thereafter.

In the interest of justice, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B) on condition that the applicants/appellants shall not be entitled for component of interest for the delayed period of 1855 days and 1862 days respectively.
