It is an application to bring on record legal heirs of the original claimant.

Heard Mr A.B. Kale, learned Advocate for applicants and Mr A.B. Chate, learned A.G.P. for respondent no.1/State. 3.

Perused the death certificate produced by the applicant. Original claimant Madhukar Bapuji Wani is reported to be dead on 28.11.2016. Thereafter, the applicants have moved this application to bring on record the legal heirs on 20.2.2017. The application seems to have filed within limitation. The application needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). (ii) The legal heirs of deceased claimant shall be brought on record within a period of four weeks from today by making necessary amendment to the

2 8-7294-2017ca appeal memo and copy of amended appeal memo be furnished to the State as well as acquiring body.
