He submits that inadvertently in cause title appearance of Mr. Subodh P. Wani h/f Mr. Anand Soni, Advocate for Respondent No. 1 is remained to be mentioned. So also, page no.3 in paragraph No.4a, Gut No. 133 is remained to be mentioned.
