Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant- Acquiring Body. 2.

Perused the application and relevant documents on record. Learned counsel for applicant- Acquiring Body submits that entire decreetal amount awarded by the Reference Court has already been deposited in this Court. Moreover, the respondent-original claimant also allowed to withdraw the amount. In such circumstances, the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Reference Court be stayed. 3.

In view of submissions, the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Parbhani, in Land Acquisition Reference No. 93 of 2012 dated 04-03-2015, is hereby stayed till further order. 4.

In above terms, civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
