A battle between two neighbourers is brought to the Court. The neighbourer who is said to be constructing a property and whose name and details are mentioned in the allegations, is not arrayed as a Respondent.

A dispute on the properties adjacent to each other between the two private individuals needs to go to the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
