Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. The present civil application is filed praying to serve the notice to respondent no.16 Chhabubai Bansi Kale by way of paper publication in daily newspaper Sakal. It is the matter of record that earlier civil application filed for the same relief was allowed but the newspaper wherein notice was published is neither produced nor any proof to that effect is placed on record. Therefore, again, the applicants are seeking re-issue of notice to respondent no.16 by way of paper publication in daily newspaper Sakal. According to the learned Advocate, daily newspaper Sakal is largely circulated newspaper. Hence order.

The civil application is allowed.

Notice be re-issued to respondent no.16 Chhabubai Bansi Kale and be published in daily newspaper Sakal on payment of requisite P.F. And charges, if any. The requisite publication charges be deposited with the Editor of the concerned newspaper.
