The counsel appearing for the Applicant, on

cra1211.14 instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the Application with further liberty to file application for discharge.

The Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

However, we make it clear that liberty granted today will be available to the Applicant till 6th July 2015 only. In case no such proceedings are prepared and filed on or before 6th July 2015, liberty granted today will not be available in favour of Applicant. In case such application is filed within stipulated period as indicated above, the concerned Court to expedite hearing of the said application.
