Heard learned counsel for the applicant and respondents-original claimants.

The decreetal amount awarded by the learned Reference Court has already been deposited by Acquiring Body in this Court and the claimants are allowed to withdraw the some part of the compensation amount deposited in this Court. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to continue the stay to the impugned judgment and Award granted earlier under order of this Court dated 11th March, 2016 further and as such the applications deserves to be disposed of. Accordingly, the applications for stay stand disposed of.
