Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has raised grievance with regard to his transfer by making application to the Chief Executive Ofcer rPages 22 and 23).

Mr Sonawane, learned counsel appears for respondent No.2 and submits that respondent No.2 would decide the application on its own merits.

In case the application rPages 22 and 23) is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, preferably within two months. In view of Government resolution dated 28.05.2019, the Chief Executive Ofcer is competent to take decision upon it.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
