DATE : 20.02.2023 PER COURT :- The petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents pursuant to the order passed by the Superintendent of Land Record, Osmanabad dated 30.03.2010, purportedly suggesting correction of the scheme by referring to Sectin 32 of the Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take appropriate decision on the petitioner'

s representation dated 24.06.2022 pursuant to the order dated 30.03.2010, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six weeks.
