1] On 5th July, 2016, we had passed the following order :- "We have adjourned the matter on atleast 4 occasions at the behest of the petitioner. Today also, adjournment is sought on the ground that instructions are not received. The petitioner has had the advantage of an interim order of this Court. If the matter is not worked out on the next date, the court would be constrained to dismiss the matter"

2] Today also, learned counsel for the petitioner states that no instructions are being received. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. In view of that, writ petition is dismissed. Rule is discharged. No costs.
