The present civil application has been filed by the applicants seeking permission to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased appellant Madhukar Bapuji Wani. It has been mainly contended that the appellant Madhukar Bapuji Wani died on 28/11/2016 leaving behind him the applicants as his L.Rs. A copy of death certificate filed on record clearly indicates that Madhukar Bapuji Wani died on 28/11/2016. The present application is filed on 20/02/2017. The civil application is in time and there is no contest to this application. Therefore, I find no difficulty to pass following order.

ORDER

The civil application for bringing L.Rs. of deceased appellant Madhukar Bapuji Wani is allowed.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased appellant within a period of 14 days from the date of this order. Necessary amendment be carried out within time. Civil application is accordingly disposed of. REGISTRAR (JUDL) ca3094.17(15)
