Leaned AGP accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. Mr. Girase, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.3. 2.

Grievance of the petitioner is that validation proceeding is pending since 2017. The petitioner has completed B.Ed. Course, however, marksheet and degree certifcate are not issued. 3.

The respondents may issue mark-sheet to the petitioner, however, the petitioner would not be entitled for the degree certifcate unless and until the petitioner produces validity certifcate. The petitioner shall also not take further beneft of reservation unless and until the petitioner is issued validity certifcate.

Respondent No.2 committee shall decide the validity proceeding in respect of caste claim of the petitioner preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 27.02.2020. 6.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
