This civil application is filed by the applicants for bringing L.Rs. of deceased appellant Madhukar Bapuji Wani on record. According to the applicants, the appellant Madhukar Wani has expired on 28/11/2016 leaving behind him the applicant nos.1 to 7 as his L.Rs. The present civil application is filed on 20/02/2017. A copy of death certificate is filed on record supports the contention of the applicants. The application is in time and there is no contest to the civil application. Therefore, I am of the view that the civil application deserves to be allowed.

ORDER

The C.A. No. 3998/2017 is hereby allowed.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record L.Rs. of deceased appellant Madhukar Bapuji Wani.

Necessary amendment to be carried out in the memo of appeal within a period of limitation.
