Petitioner seeks direction against respondent Bank to accept "one time settlement" Scheme as per Government Resolution dated 06.06.2018. 2.

It is for the Bank to consider the same. If the petitioner has grievance as against the Bank with regard to "one time settlement" scheme, the petitioner may approach the Commissioner of Cooperation. The Commissioner certainly will decide whether the "one time settlement' scheme is mandatory to be accepted by the Bank or discretionary to the Bank after hearing of the parties concerned.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
