A representation is filed on 12/01/2023. Though there are different dates in the petition, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, the affidavit was sworn on 12/02/2023. Within one month of the representation, a petition seeking Writ of Mandamus has been filed. Issue is with regard to transfer of the Petitioner from Zilla Parishad Primary School, Kopargaon to the Zilla Parishad School at Karjat.

In the month of February and March, there is no urgency as regards transfers, since these transfers are to be effected only after the academic year is over.

For the above reason, this writ petition is disposed off. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that, if the application filed by the Petitioner is in accordance with the Rules and the Policies, the same would be decided, on or before 15/05/2023, if not already decided.
