1] Shri S.S. Bora, learned counsel for the respondent no.5 submits that the respondents are now governed by the Regulations of 2014. The writ petition is filed in the year 2011. The petitioners now would be required to assail, if they are so aggrieved, the Regulations of 2014.
2] In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed
WP 1706/11 - 2 - of. No costs. Needless to state that if the petitioners are aggrieved by the Regulations, 2014, they may assail the same as may be permissible in law.
