The petitioner is objecting to the auction process conducted by the Collector, Jalgaon, on 11.01.2011 in respect of allotment of sand block at village Savarkhede Bk. The schedule for excavating sand out of the said sand block was from 11.01.2011 to 31.07.2011. Since the period prescribed for excavation of sand has come to an end, grievance raised by the petitioner, in the instant petition, is not liable to be considered.

By passage of time, writ petition is rendered infructuous and as such, stands disposed of.
