2.
Mr.Warma, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that pursuant to the orders of this Court the salary from February 2016 has been released to the petitioner and now the only grievance subsisting is payment of arrears of salary from 2001. The learned counsel fairly submits that the petitioner would claim arrears of salary from the year 2007 i.e. the date when the first order of absorption was issued in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner was ready to join on the post but the institution where the petitioner was directed to be absorbed was closed and thereafter
consistently the petitioner is making representations and has been ultimately absorbed in February 2016.
3.
We have also heard learned A.G.P.
4.
As far as the arrears of salary is concerned, the petitioner may make a representation with the Respondent No.2. Upon receipt of said representation, the Respondent No.2 shall take decision upon the same in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months from the date of receipt of the representation.
5.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. (K.L.WADANE,J.) (S.V.GANGAPURWALA,J.) Dt.17.11.2016.
