Mr Deshmukh, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No. 4 imposed penalty of Rs. 25,000/- upon the petitioner on the ground that the audit is pending and the petitioner had not submitted the record. The learned Counsel submits that the audit was already completed. The petitioner was not issued with the show cause notice nor any opportunity was granted to fle say of the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has fled representation with respondent No. 4 (Page 12). The same is not considered. Mr Kshirsagar, the learned Counsel appears for respondent Nos. 2 to 4. The learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that respondent Nos.

2 54-WP-2855-2020 2 to 4 would take decision upon the representation of the petitioner on its own merits.

In light of that, respondent No. 4 shall take decision upon the representation of the petitioner (page 12) on its own merits, preferably within a period of four months. 4.
