2] The applicant, who had jumped the bail granted by this court, was arrested on issuance of nonbailable warrant by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge. Thereafter, the applicant filed an application below Exhibit 41 before the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, which came to be rejected on

3] Upon hearing both sides and finding that the present applicant was earlier released on regular bail by this Court, in my view, he can be released on bail by putting certain stringent conditions. 4] Hence, the following order :- A] The Criminal Application is hereby allowed.
B] The applicant be released on bail in Crime No.I-91 of 2013 registered at Sillegaon Police Station, Tq. Gangapur, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Section 302, 326, 323, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rs.Thirty Thousand) and also upon furnishing two sureties in the amount of Rs.15,000/- each and
