Order :- 1.

Mr. Phule, learned AGP states that amount as directed under order dated 7th April, 2016 could not be deposited due to various intervening and unavoidable circumstances. However, a cheque for depositing amount, as directed by this court is ready, and as such, requests for extension of period for depositing the same pursuant to order dated 7th April, 2016.

Learned counsel for respondents has no particular objection for extension of period for depositing the amount. 3.

In view of the same, the civil application is granted in terms of prayer clause "A" and stands disposed of. The time for depositing the amount pursuant to order dated 7th April, 2016 is extended upto 28th March, 2018. Interim relief as granted earlier shall continue to operate. Sd/- [ SUNIL P.
