Statement is made by the learned Advocate for the acquiring

FA_3793_2008 body and the representative of the acquiring body that the entire amount is deposited and also withdrawn by the claimants. The matter is covered by Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 read with subsequent corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018 and therefore, they want to withdraw the appeals.

In view of the above said facts the First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn.

The Court fees be refunded as per rules.

Pending Civil Applications, if any, are also disposed of accordingly.
