By the present application, the applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in connection with Crime No. 140/2014 registered with police station Bhingar Camp, Ahmadnagar for the offences punishable u/s 302,498A,306,323,504,506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Heard Mr. S.S.Bora, the learned Counsel for the applicant, Mr. A.S.Shinde, the learned A.P.P. for respondent - State and Mr. Shaikh Mazhar A. Jahagirdar, the learned counsel for the first informant.

The present applicant is arrested on 03/11/2014 and since then he is languishing in jail.

The investigation agency has completed entire investigation and the charge sheet is filed. From the charge sheet it is clear that the present applicant has provided nylon rope to accused No. 1 Kailash. There are no allegations whatsoever in nature incriminating against the present applicant. Further, there is nothing on record to show that nylon rope was provided and that time he was sharing the mens-ria or intention with the present applicant. 5.

In that view of the matter, the applicant has made out case for bail in his favour.

Hence, I pass the following order :

(i) Criminal Application No.959 of 2015 is hereby allowed.

(ii) Applicant Sachin Pandit @ Pandharinath Rahinj be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 140/2014 registered with police station Bhingar Camp, Ahmadnagar for the offences punishable u/s 302,498-A,306,323,504, 506 read

3 Cr.Apln. 959.2015 with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on he executing P.R.Bond of Rs. 10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand] with two solvent sureties of like amount. Bail before the trial court.

(iii) Criminal Application No. 959 of 2015 is disposed of.
