The applicants herein are the co-accused in Regular Criminal Case No.150/2012 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamkhed for the offences punishable under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The parties have arrived at a compromise and accordingly submitted a compromise deed before this Court. Both, husband Ramdas Bhaurao Aute/accused No.1 and wife/respondent No.2 herein are present before the Court. They have accepted the contents of compromise deed. Compromise deed bears their signature and they are duly identified by their respective advocates. The compromise deed is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the compromise deed between the parties, Regular Criminal Case No.150/2012 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamkhed for the offences punishable under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code is hereby quashed and set aside.

The criminal applications are accordingly disposed of.
