This application is for condonation of delay of 2709 days caused in filing first appeal. The application is filed by original claimant whose property came to be acquired by the acquiring body. 3.

Considering this, delay stands condoned. The application is allowed subject to condition that the applicants shall deposit Rs.2,500/- towards costs in the Advocate's Bar Association Library at Aurangabad within a period of four weeks from today.
