The Writ Petition was dismissed for non prosecution on 11th March 2010, however, on application filed by the Petitioner, the same is restored on 12th September 2014. Today also when the matter is called out, none appears for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner is claiming pensionery benefits. It is averred that the Petitioner was appointed on daily wages. Nothing is shown how the Petitioner is entitled for pension having worked out on daily wages.
