1] This Appeal is placed before the Lok Adalat by the appellant-State.

2] Mr. B.V. Virdhe, learned AGP for State, Mr. Appasaheb Shinde, Dy. Collector, Aurangabad and learned Advocate Mr. C.K. Shinde, for respondents are present.

3] Learned AGP submits that as per the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 3rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and Government Resolution dated 13th August, 2018, the State Government is withdrawing these appeals.

4] Statement of the learned AGP is accepted.

2 85FA530.10.odt 5] Learned AGP further submits that if amount is not deposited, the same will be deposited in Reference Court within eight months from today. The claimants are allowed to withdraw the amount after depositing it.

6] First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.

7] Court fees be refunded as per Rules.
