Motion is made for speaking to minutes by the petitioner. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, typographical error has crept in the date mentioned in last line of para 3 of the judgment dated 16th October, 2015. According to him, the said date typed as "10th March, 2012" ought to be "10th May, 2012". Similarly, he further contended that in para 30, the date mentioned as "18.6.2012" regarding visit of Dr.Dimpal Pardeshi, Ujjwala Bhamre and Dr. Manisha Bondwe ought to have been "16.6.2012". Respondents have no objection for correction of these dates.

250.15crwp Hence, we direct that the date in last line of para 3 of the said judgment be corrected as "10th May, 2012" instead of "10th March, 2012". Similarly, the date mentioned in para 30 as "18.6.2012" regarding visit of Dr.Dimpal Pardeshi, Ujjwala Bhamre and Dr. Manisha Bondwe, be corrected as "16.6.2012".

With this order, motion for speaking to minutes is disposed of.
