ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the amount by applicant No.11.2 Saiyyad Sadik Saiyyad Isa Manyar for himself and as their GPA Holder since there is technical difficulty in opening joint account in the name of all the applicants, who are 24 in numbers. This Court has already permitted withdrawal of compensation amount by the applicants vide order dated 12.07.2021. Moreover this Court, vide order dated 30.06.2022 has granted such type of permission to the applicants therein in connected matter. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to filing undertaking before Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by
